There are serving dishes, and then there are serving dishes! This is most definitely one of those!
 
A large bowl with deliciously wavy edges, stands proud on a pedestal which is adorned with flowers and blooms.  It goes without saying that it is chunky and delicate at the same time and of course perfectly imperfect . Aside from all of that, it is decidedly practical size: perfect for taking to table with a large salad, the perfect dish for a trifle, or what about as a fruit bowl. 
 
Overall, the piece is 18cm tall and 25cm wide (the pedestal makes up 9cm of that, and the pedestal is 13cm wide at the base)
 
Currently the only one of its type made, but we love it so much that it won’t be the last!

Our china looks and feels very (very) different to mass-produced pottery; it’s not fine or delicate, but wonderfully chunky and full of texture, you’ll see thumb prints, makers marks, glaze specks/drips and heaps of individuality. We call it perfectly imperfect pottery and firmly believe it’s all the better for it!
