Courier we use...

We always use a fully trackable courier service to send you your pottery. In the UK the courier we use is EVRI, for deliveries to the Channel Islands it is usually Royal Mail.

Trackable

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a notification to the email address provided at the time of ordering. This will include a tracking number if available. Where possible we use Evri's next day service, although that isn't alway possible in which case it is their 3-5 day service. For Channel Islands it depends on the size of the parcel - usually around a 2-3 day service.

Collection is free!

Collection is free (and welcomed) from Stamford, Lincolnshire either by yourself or a nominated driver to pick up any pieces. Email us to arrange a time to collect.

Shipping: Postage Cost and Packaging Material

OK, so a couple of things to note on delivery and shipping costs and how we ensure a smooth and secure delivery of your chunky china. Our aim is to deliver a delightful unboxing experience, but my absolute focus is it arriving safely – and that does have an impact on the postage and packaging prices.

What’s included

Please be aware that our postage cost encompasses not only the delivery service but also the cost of the packaging materials. While we will make every effort to combine postage if you decide to place two separate orders, the packaging element will always require additional costs

My Commitment to Your Items

My priority is to get your chunky china to you in the same condition that it leaves me – which means I make no apology for the amount of bubble wrap I use or the sturdiness of the boxes (of if you’ve ordered a lot, the number of boxes). There is no point in me making my shipping rates cheap and then all your pieces arriving broken - so our shipping rates reflect the true cost of delivering your items safely. 

Safety Over Eco-Friendliness:

While we understand the importance of eco-friendly practices, our current focus is on the safety of your items. We acknowledge the need for sustainability and are actively exploring environmentally conscious alternatives. For now, our priority is ensuring the secure delivery of your orders.

Prepared for anything thrown at it in transit

Regardless of the courier or postal service chosen, we dedicate considerable time to packing each parcel with the aim that it can withstand anything a courier can throw at your parcel in transit. Luckily, and because of this focus, very few parcels arrive broken, but where it does, I’ll try and remake it for you pronto. If it does, I do ask you contact me via email within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel to discuss the options.
