Getting your perfect piece to you is our priority but as each piece is made to order (we don't hold any pieces in stock), the process takes a MINIMUM OF A MONTH although this is just a guide and if it goes over please bear with us, if it goes under let's celebrate!

When life gives you lemons, we say use 🍋 lemon-chunky-china - in particular these lemon serving bowls!  They are perfect for all your needs and occasions from simple suppers to a full-on party; overflowing with nibbles, olives, crisps or roasties; or what about using them for salads or as a fruit bowl? The choice is yours!
 
Adorned with 3-d lemons that are scattered across the bowl, and available in four sizes: small, medium, large and extra-large. On top of that you can also choose the lemons to be either white or coloured.  
 
The coloured 🍋 are all hand painted and the glazed effect is quite lovely - perfectly imperfect yellows but please note that they aren't mass-produced or transfer painted and they certainly won't be identical so you can expect some variations in the intensity of the colours on each lemon.

Caring for your pottery
Marigold and Lettice pottery is made from white earthenware clay and designed to be used and enjoyed every day. We personally use our pieces in the oven, dishwasher, and microwave. However, to prolong the life of your pottery, handwashing is the gentler choice, as dishwashers can be tough on handmade items due to high-pressure jets and strong detergents and may overtime cause damage and speed up any grazing in the glaze. 
While we do microwave our own pieces, for longevity we suggest heating food in the oven where possible. 
 
I M P O R T A N T    I N F O R M A T I O N
Our china looks and feels very (very) different to mass-produced pottery; it’s not fine or delicate, but wonderfully chunky and full of texture, you’ll see thumb prints, makers marks, glaze specks/drips and heaps of individuality. We call it perfectly imperfect pottery and firmly believe it’s all the better for it!
