Getting your perfect piece to you is our priority but as each piece is made to order (we don't hold any pieces in stock), the process takes a MINIMUM OF A MONTH although this is just a guide and if it goes over please bear with us, if it goes under let's celebrate!

We know you shouldn't have favourites but sometimes things just come along, and they go straight to the top of the list... take for example The Budgie vase! With a chatter of budgies (three in total - a small, medium and large birds, which can be either all white or fully coloured - a blue tone, green tone, pink tone) on a deliciously chunky white base.  Total one-offs, totally perfect fit for most flowers and is huge with character.
 
Small - white budgies  £60/ coloured budgies £70
Medium - white budgies £70 / coloured budgies £80
Large - white budgies £80 / coloured budgies £90
 
Now, these vases and budgies are all handmade and hand glazed so each will be slightly different in placement and colour. Remember they are chunky interpretations of budgies and their colours - not an anatomically correct replica!!
 
💋 Important vase information 💋
Marigold and Lettice vases are unapologetically different. Each are made by hand (no moulds or casts are used) so each will have their own shape and lines.  Because of this expect them to be slightly sloped and not symmetrical. They certainly aren’t mainstream or mass market, but it will be unique to you and packed with character and texture.
 
** Once it has water in it - please place it only on water-resistant surfaces. We recommend using a coaster or mat for extra protection.
 
Caring for your pottery:
Marigold and Lettice pottery is made from white earthenware clay and designed to be used and enjoyed every day. We personally use our pieces in the oven, dishwasher, and microwave. However, to prolong the life of your pottery, handwashing is the gentler choice, as dishwashers can be tough on handmade items due to high-pressure jets and strong detergents and may overtime cause damage and speed up any grazing in the glaze. 
While we do microwave our own pieces, for longevity we suggest heating food in the oven where possible. 
 
I M P O R T A N T    I N F O R M A T I O N
Our china looks and feels very (very) different to mass-produced pottery; it’s not fine or delicate, but wonderfully chunky and full of texture, you’ll see thumb prints, makers marks, glaze specks/drips and heaps of individuality. We call it perfectly imperfect pottery and firmly believe it’s all the better for it!
 
Please note that because each piece is unique the design will be different from the one in the picture – similar but unique.
