Returns

We sincerely hope you adore each piece you receive, but if, for any reason, you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will promptly assess the request and confirm whether we can proceed with the return. It is essential not to dispatch the items until you receive confirmation from us. Once approved, please arrange for the return within 14 days.

For a successful return, ensure that the item/s are sent back in the same condition as received, unused, and with the original packaging intact.  It is important that you wrap each piece separately with bubble wrap it arrived in, and essential that you make sure there is sufficient padding around the base, sides and top of the box. The full cost of return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend utilising a fully trackable service while retaining proof of postage.

Important considerations:

  • We cannot issue a refund if the item arrives damaged. It is crucial to securely package it to withstand the postage/courier processes. If desired, we can return the damaged item to you.

  • We are not liable if your return is lost during transit.

  • Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receiving your items; no refunds can be offered beyond this period.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted.

  • Any breakage or damage to the pottery after purchase and delivery is not covered by Marigold and Lettice.

Non-refundable or exchangeable items include:
- Commissioned orders
- Customised orders
- Personalised orders
- Gift cards
- Seconds/sale items

Refund Process:
Upon receiving your return, we will promptly notify you and inspect the items. We will confirm the acceptance or rejection of the return. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, given the varying processing times among payment providers.
